Planet of the Apes - 20th Century Fox World Malaysia

Crafted custom designed a speaker system for the Planet of the Apes ride vehicles at the heart of this attraction at 20th Century Fox World Malaysia (now Genting SkyWorlds). The vehicle had specific clearance requirements which necessitated a dedicated design effort to upgrade the sound to provide a world class show. An array of 6, 1.5" BMR speakers made up each left and right speaker in the dash, and a 6" low profile subwoofer between them filled in the bass. The end result was a system with a nearly flat response from 50hz to 20khz, with outstanding intelligibility and the headroom needed for a dynamic soundscape. It was a big hit!
